Discover how the Central Coast manufacturing sector is creating stronger pathways for women and building more inclusive, future-ready workplaces at the ManufactHER Showcase.
Led by Central Coast Group Training (CCGT) in partnership with Central Coast Industry Connect (CCIC) and Coast & Country Primary Care, ManufactHER works directly with manufacturing businesses to strengthen how they attract, support and retain women in their workforce.
The program is one of only 10 projects nationally supported through the Australian Government’s Building Women’s Careers Program and is helping participating manufacturers put practical workforce solutions into action – from inclusive recruitment and flexible work practices to leadership development, workplace culture and career pathways.
The ManufactHER Showcase is an opportunity to connect with manufacturers, industry leaders and project partners, learn more about the program and explore how greater workforce diversity can support a stronger manufacturing sector on the Central Coast.
