The Ageing Well in Regional Communities Roundtable will examine the interconnected challenges facing Southern NSW and the ACT as the population ages, looking beyond aged care to consider the housing, services, infrastructure and community connections that enable older people to live well.
Facilitated discussions will focus on six key themes: ageing in place, care and support, transport and connectivity, workforce, social wellbeing, and planning and infrastructure.
Participants will share regional experiences, identify service gaps and opportunities for collaboration, and help develop practical recommendations to inform RDASNA’s Ageing Well in Regional Communities – A Regional Action Plan.
