The Regional Development Australia (RDA) Orana Inland Growth Summit returns in 2024 with the theme People and Place – to put a spotlight on the needs and achievements of regional NSW.
The two day summit is scheduled for 21-22 February 2024 and will highlight projects and initiatives that are driving greater economic growth, industry collaboration, research and innovation and increased public and private investment.
RDA Orana CEO, Justine Campbell, said 2024 would be the sixth year and seventh summit organised by RDA Orana and was expecting a jam packed agenda with keynote speakers for each of the five sessions followed by an open panel discussion with industry and regional leaders.
“Regional development is more than just economics and the Inland Growth Summit aims to showcase the work being undertaken by thought leaders whose innovative ideas influence and guide people, places, communities and the environment,” she said.
Session topics include:
- Circular economics and sustainability
- Training and education
- People and community
- Rural and remote health
- Tourism and hospitality
The summit will conclude with a speed networking session involving summit presenters with an aim to build networks and connections.
